We suggest reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability, with 2-hour minimum notice. If you have an emergency and need immediate service, call our Reservation Department at (213) 905-3131.
Yes, you may reserve a child safety seat when you book your trip. Our vehicle will be equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child seat. If you need child safety seat(s), please call our Reservation Department at (213) 905-3131 prior to the date of your transportation.
We require at least 24-hour advance notice to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation within 24-hour before your departure, you will not be refund. For stretched limousine or Suv Limo and other specialty vehicles, it may require longer advance notice to cancel or change your reservation. please call us at (213) 905-3131 (Reservation Department) for any other additional policies regarding cancellations.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and debit cards.
You do need an account to make a reservation. A valid credit card is also needed to guarantee your transport or touring service.
Contact our Accounting Department at (213) 905-3131. They can email or fax you a duplicate receipt for your records.
We do not process credit card transactions in our vehicles, so credit card transactions are posted after our Accounting Department closes out your trip. Processing generally takes about three days.
Your rate quote is based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges can result from changes to your service during your trip, such as extra stops, waiting time, or extending the duration of your charter. You may review for any additional charges by calling our Accounting Department at (213) 905-3131.
Yes. Please contact our Customer Service department at (213) 905-3131 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. While HILIMOS USA is not responsible for any item that are lost or left in our vehicles, we will do our best to help you locate any lost item.
We respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will use your information only to confirm your reservation and/or for questions regarding your service experience. With your permission, we may also contact you regarding our special offers, and promotions. We will never provide or sell your information to anyone.
Our transport or touring service is a private car service and you will not be asked to share a vehicle with other travelers not related with you. There is a 30 minutes wait time grace period on all private ride service.
You do not need to call us if your flight’s arrival time is delayed. Only when your flight information (Name/number of flight and departure time at your originate airport) is changed and when you miss your scheduled flight please call our Reservation Department at (213) 905-3131.
Yes, our drivers are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and other items right up to your destination.

For the client who make reservation on 6~8 hours touring service in Los Angeles County, Orange County and other locations in the Southern California, we provide copies of Free 15 minutes video shooting and Free photo album in the folder after you complete your touring schedule, which will be taken by the chauffeurs during the client’s touring. Yes, we have the following Terms and Condition Using Transportation or Touring Services of our company. But you do not have to sign the document as long as you finalize your order by making reservation through our Web site, emailing or telephone or faxing methods. Only the final confirmation will be your final service order.
